Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through the EvoGolf store. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we want the path to resolution to be clear.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Support within 7 days and include photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened scorecard packs
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error.
